Basic settings

Basic Settings

Username: Required field. Here you fill in the username you entered when you registered to Lexicon Software

Password: Required field. Here you fill in the password that was sent to you when you signed up for Lexicon Software

Sender name: Required field. Here you fill in the name that will appear as the sender of the SMS

API SEND URL: Required field. It is the Lexicon URL that handles the process of sending SMS.

API BALANCE URL: Required field. It is the Lexicon URL that handles your account balance.

Order notification (Admin)

Admin SMS notification: Check it to enable this feature

From name: Here you can set a different sender from what you have set to basic settings

Mobile to admin: Fill out 1 or more admin mobile phones by separated by comma

Message to admin: Fill in the message that you will receive for each new order will be created. You can include shortcodes such as:

  • [order_total]: Total cost of order
  • [order_id]: Number of order
  • [order_date]: Date/time of order
  • [shipping_total]: Total shipping cost
  • [payment_method]: Payment method
  • [shipping_method]: Shipping method
  • [billing_first_name]: First name
  • [billing_last_name]: Last name
  • [billing_country]: Billing Country

Order status notification (Customer)

With this feature, you can enable automated SMS sendings to your customers for every order status

 

Enable SMS notification per order status: Check it, if you want automatically send SMS notifications to customers when you change an order state.

 

Control customer order status notification: Choose which order states the automated SMS will be sent and in any case fill in the message.

  • Pending status
  • Processing status
  • On hold status
  • Completed status
  • Cancelled status
  • Refunded status
  • Failed status

You can include in messages following shortcodes:

  • [order_total]: Total cost of order
  • [order_id]: Number of order
  • [order_date]: Date/time of order
  • [shipping_total]: Total shipping cost
  • [payment_method]: Payment method
  • [shipping_method]: Shipping method
  • [billing_first_name]: First name
  • [billing_last_name]: Last name
  • [billing_country]: Billing Country

Hide SMS info box at edit order: Check it, to disable the info box with customer SMS choises at edit order. You won’t be able to change or save customer’s SMS notification choice about their order status. If you have enabled to display the checkbox at checkout (order status), it is recommended to leave this unchecked so you can see what your customer has choosen

This box is displayed in the order edit. It informs you about the choice the customer has made when completing his order.

 

The following example referrer that:

 

The customer wishes to be informed by SMS about the order status. Settings are set to send an automated message only when the order status is complete.

 

So if you change the order state to complete and press save then the SMS will be sent.

By unchecking the customer choice, then change the order state to complete and then the automated SMS will be not sent in this case.

 

Display checkboxes on checkout

Με αυτή την λειτουργία, έχετε δυνατότητα να δώσετε την επιλογή στον πελάτη σας να επιλέξει να ενημερωθεί για την παραγγελία του μέσω SMS.

 

Display checkbox (order status) on checkout: Check it, if you want to display a checkbox at checkout and let customer choose to be notifed with SMS notification when order status changed. 

Text for SMS campaigns checkbox: Change the text of checkbox.

Position of (order status) checkbox at checkout: Select the location where the box will appear from the available list

 

Με αυτή την λειτουργία, έχετε δυνατότητα να δώσετε μια επιπλέον επιλογή στον πελάτη σας να εγγραφεί στην λίστα με τις καμπάνιες SMS.

 

Display checkbox for SMS campaigns: Check it, if you want to display another checkbox at checkout and let the customer register on your SMS campaigns.

Text for SMS campaigns checkbox: Change the text of checkbox

Position of (SMS campaigns) checkbox at checkout: Select the location where the box will appear from the available list

This checkbox will be also displayed on their woo account so the customer can change his selection and at WP profile for admin access.

Settings, send single SMS at order edit

Disable single SMS box: Check it, if you want to disable the single Send SMS box at edit order
Default message: Enter the default message. Use same available shortcodes
